2009-2010 | STARTUP
Crif Tajikistan is a private credit bureau licensed by the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan, which provides services in providing credit history reports based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Credit Histories», dated 2009. Initially, CIBT began its activities with 12 local financial institutions.
2011-2012 | LICENSE ISSUE
Selecting the global company CRIF (specializing in the development and management of credit reports) as a strategic and technical partner with a 49% stake. The National Bank of Tajikistan issued a license to the Credit Information Bureau of Tajikistan (now Crif Tajikistan)
2015 | DATABASE GROWTH
2015 was decisive in terms of volumes of information (data), the number of requests increased by 70%. Tajikistan received 7 out of 8 possible points in the World Bank “Doing Business” rating. More than 90% of information about the financial market was covered by Crif Tajikistan.
2017 | NEW PARTNERS AND PRODUCTS
As of January 2017, the number of active partners reached 86 participants. In 2017, the Bureau expanded its product range by placing on the market new tools that allowed banks and financial institutions to easily support client portfolio monitoring and a new Scoring model implemented specifically for the financial market of Tajikistan.
2020 | ANTI-CRISIS MEASURES
Due to the spread of the Covid-19 Pandemic (which introduced its own unforeseen adjustments), 2020 turned out to be difficult, like for most other organizations, but thanks to the anti-crisis measures taken, the company managed to successfully overcome the difficulties and, despite the current situation, close the financial year with very positive results.
It is also worth noting that despite the difficult market situation, large strategic projects were approved. Among other things, the new Skyminder product was positively reviewed and approved.
2022 | 10 YEARS OF CONFIDENT GROWTH
The year 2022 was marked by the company’s 10th anniversary and better financial performance, which speaks not only of stability, but also of confident growth.
The introduction of the Skyminder product turned out to be successful this fall. The database amounted to 6.8 million contracts
